1. Scope
This policy applies to the AI Free Gens website, its browser-based Unit Price Calculator and support correspondence related to our products. StudyNest is a separately hosted app and may have its own privacy information.
2. Free website tools
The Unit Price Calculator processes prices and quantities in your browser. Its inputs are not intentionally sent to our server. The homepage does not require account registration and does not request payment-card numbers.
3. Digital purchases through Creem
When you choose to purchase a paid product, you follow a link to Creem's checkout. Creem, acting as merchant of record, processes billing and payment information under its buyer terms and its own privacy policies. AI Free Gens may access purchase details such as order status, product, buyer email and order reference through the merchant dashboard where required to deliver products, answer customer questions, resolve disputes, or maintain business records. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details on our website.
4. Hosting and technical logs
Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process IP addresses, network requests, security events and ordinary hosting logs to deliver and protect the service. We do not promise anonymous browsing or zero infrastructure logs.
5. Email support
When you email [email protected], your email address, message and associated order details are used to answer your request and address delivery or refund issues. Email may be forwarded to our operational mailbox by an email routing provider. Please do not include passwords, API keys, identity documents or card details unless specifically required through an appropriate secure channel.
6. Offline Release Evidence Kit
The delivered Release Evidence Kit is a static offline tool: its entered checklist contents are not transmitted to AI Free Gens by the tool. Reports and JSON backups are saved only when you explicitly export or print them. You are responsible for protecting any sensitive project information contained in your own exported files.
7. Cookies and changes
This website can optionally use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate site use and navigation event measurement. The analytics tag is disabled until a valid measurement ID is configured, and is only loaded if you affirmatively accept optional analytics. We do not use advertising personalization signals in this first-party configuration. Third-party providers, including checkout and hosting services, may use their own technical cookies or logging under their policies. We will update this notice if our data practices change; mandatory privacy rights are not limited by this notice.
8. Analytics choice
If you previously accepted optional analytics, you can reset your choice using this control, then select again. Resetting the choice reloads this page.
