1. Our services
AI Free Gens publishes free web-based utilities and offers selected digital downloads such as the Release Evidence Kit. The Unit Price Calculator remains free. StudyNest is a separately hosted application with its own features; we do not represent an unfinished StudyNest Pro membership as a purchasable service. Not all tools use AI.
2. One-time digital purchases
A paid digital download is purchased through the Creem-hosted checkout linked on its product page. Creem acts as merchant of record for purchases processed there. A one-time purchase is not a recurring subscription. The product page shows the base price; applicable taxes and the final total are disclosed at checkout before payment. Any purchase is also subject to Creem's Buyer Terms, which govern the checkout transaction.
3. Delivery and access
For eligible paid products, the download is normally made available after successful payment via Creem's customer portal and purchase email. Keep your purchase receipt and the delivered ZIP in a safe place. If you cannot access the purchased files, please email [email protected].
4. Release Evidence Kit license
The Release Evidence Kit v1.0 is provided under the license included in the delivered ZIP. A lawful purchaser may use and modify the files internally for their own projects and may share evidence reports they author. The license does not allow redistributing or reselling the original toolkit files, sublicensing, or publicly hosting the unmodified package without permission. This is a tool-use license, not a code-security certificate or compliance approval.
5. Accuracy, safety, and your decisions
The provided templates, calculations, checklists and reports depend on information the user supplies. They do not automatically scan code, audit security, certify legal compliance, or approve production deployments. You are responsible for validating facts, protecting sensitive project information and obtaining an authorized release decision. Nothing here excludes guarantees, remedies or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Refunds and consumer protections
Delivery problems, damaged files, duplicate charges and other eligible concerns are handled under our Refund Policy, Creem's Buyer Terms and applicable consumer protections. All refunds on Creem purchases must be processed through Creem; we do not accept direct payment-card details or offer refunds through personal transfers.
7. Privacy and third parties
See our Privacy Policy. Checkout is hosted by Creem, which processes purchase and billing data under its own terms and privacy policies. We do not collect full payment-card details through the AI Free Gens website. Links to separately hosted tools may involve different data practices.
8. Support and updates
Contact [email protected] for product or delivery support. We may update the website, products or these terms, but changes do not override mandatory law or existing rights arising from completed purchases.
